Tips for a successful experience:
Our entrance is upstairs on the second floor, & is also ADA assessable with an elevator. Follow signs for The Pearl Barbers & Infinite Salon.
Ring the doorbell when you arrive for your appointment & we’ll meet you at the front door.
If you’re a new client, make sure to fill out our intake form the morning of your appointment.
Give yourself extra time to account for city traffic & parking, especially on Timbers/Thorns game days. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule & charge a cancelation fee.
If you’re taking Uber/Lyft - make sure to type in our address rather than the business name to insure you’re dropped off at the correct location.
Street parking is limited but available with the Parking Kitty app or the pay stations on the street. Walgreens has a free parking lot for customers at 2103 W Burnside, as well as Fred Myer at 100 NW 20th Pl. Click here for a current map of public parking lots in downtown Portland.
